Founder of IBC, Colin has over 30 years’ experience leading strategic and operational improvement projects and managing complex change across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, retail, ICT, aviation, pharmaceuticals, and EPCM. His international work spans Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Colin holds Honours degrees from the Universities of Pretoria and Stellenbosch, and an MBA from Wits.

Des has more than 25 years’ executive experience, having served as FD and MD in both private and JSE-listed firms. He has led strategic change in complex environments locally and internationally. For the past nine years, he has worked as a business and financial consultant and serves on the boards of listed and private companies. Des holds a BCom from Wits, a BCompt Honours from UNISA, and is a Chartered Accountant (SA).

Gary has over 30 years’ experience in corporate law, including as General Counsel for a major diversified group. He has led legal strategy, M&A, and restructuring interventions across sectors such as financial services, mining, and construction. He has worked as a legal consultant for the past five years. Gary holds a BA LLB and MBA from Wits, and a Human Rights Diploma from the University of Johannesburg

Ken brings over 25 years of experience in business turnaround and optimisation, having led transformation programmes across the UK, USA, Africa, and the Middle East. He has advised on restructuring and profitability in sectors like transport, manufacturing, and engineering.
Ken has held senior roles in private equity firms, family offices, and consultancies. He holds a Higher Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the University of Johannesburg.

With over a decade of experience, Jordaan has held leadership roles across the manufacturing, trade, and consulting sectors. Focusing on strategy and operational performance improvement, he has delivered strong revenue growth and expanded markets in South Africa and neighbouring African markets. He holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from North-West University, an Honours degree from the University of Pretoria, and both an MBA and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.

Shaun has 25 plus years in ICT consulting, leading sales and delivery of enterprise systems across telecoms, financial services, retail, and government. He has implemented platforms including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and various cloud solutions. He holds a BA from UCT, an Honours in Business Administration, and an MBA from Stellenbosch.
